Refund policy

We hope you love all your purchases from Coco & Iris. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. As a small business, we kindly request your understanding and compliance with our policy. Rest assured, we are fully committed to facilitating your order to the best of our abilities!

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only. Store credit never expires. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with tags still attached. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shopcocoandiris.com and we will promptly send you a return shipping label. Please note that returns will need to be sent with the packing slip included to the following address: P.O. Box 1180 Ruther Glen, Virginia 22546.


Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit in your email with the exact amount of your purchase within 7 business days.
If not approved, we will contact you within 7 business days and discuss how to proceed further as this is handled on a case-by-case basis.
